berry+grapefruit smoothie

1 grapefruit – peeled, seeded, & chopped

2 cups fresh berries – straw/black/rasp/blue – whatever you like!

2 honeycrisp apples- cored & chopped

1 inch fresh ginger- peeled and chopped

1 cup water or ice

if heat is your thing…

1 serrano pepper, de-seeded & chopped (optional, but bomb!)

 

Throw it all in a blender and go.
