2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 medium sized pineapple – diced
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1 medium onion – diced
1 or 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper – seeded and diced (serrano hot!, jalapeño not so hot..)
juice of 1 lime – 2 if you like lime a lot (i do..)
1/4 cup cilantro – chopped
- Mix together chili powder, salt and coriander
- Mix together pineapple, onion, chili pepper
- Mix both together and add lime and cilantro.
- Get stoked and eat your salsa.
Serve over fish, rice, quinoa, stuff in a burrito or eat with chips!
