2 oz pea shoots -1 clamshell of full bushel farm’s

2 cups frozen peas (thawed) or fresh in season!

4 cloves garlic fine chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

lemon juice

zest of lemon

2 tbsp fresh sage

salt & pepper

  1. add oil, peas, pea shoots, garlic, sage and lemon zest to pan
  2. sauté for 2 minutes
  3. top with salt and pepper and lemon juice

serve over rice, quinoa, pasta or risotto!
