fujiberry chia seed pudding

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 cup your choice of milk or water – hemp milk is on sale and delicious…. 😉

strawberries

fuji apples

 

  1. Soak chia seeds in milk for water for about 20 mins, until they are chewy.
  2. Top with chopped strawberries, fuji apples or whatever fruit you have at home!

*You can store soaked chia seeds for up to 5 days. Make a big batch and have breakfast made for the whole week!
