1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup your choice of milk or water – hemp milk is on sale and delicious…. 😉
- Soak chia seeds in milk for water for about 20 mins, until they are chewy.
- Top with chopped strawberries, fuji apples or whatever fruit you have at home!
*You can store soaked chia seeds for up to 5 days. Make a big batch and have breakfast made for the whole week!
