shishito peppers feat. togarashi

1 container Shishito Peppers (10 oz)

1 tbsp avocado oil (super good for you and has a higher smoke point than other oils)

1 tsp Togarashi (our fav is The Silk Road Togarashi.. Pseudo local from Missoula and it’s on sale!)

Heat up skillet with the avocado oil. Once the oil starts to smoke toss in the peppers and cook on high heat. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes allowing peppers to soften and blister in areas. Top with Silk Road Togarashi.

*Shishito peppers are mild, however… 1 in every 10 or so will end up super spicy… You can think of it as the pepper’s version of Russian Roulette.
