fuji apple cake

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

8 cups peeled and diced fuji apples

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

2 cups flour (sprouted whole grain flour is bomb… just sayin’)

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp salt

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup oil (big fan of coconut oil but you can use whatever you have on hand)

  1. preheat oven to 350
  2. mix together oil, sugar, and eggs in large bowl
  3. mix together flour, spices, salt, and baking soda in a smaller bowl
  4. add apples and dry ingredients to mixture in the big bowl
  5. mix quickly and thoroughly
  6. place in oiled and floured 9x12x2 pan
  7. bake for 40 to 45 mins
